Zoek je een les met heel veel ( wekelijkse ) variatie? Dan is TBW je ding.

De naam zegt het zelf al, een les waarbij je aan heel je lichaam werkt.

De les start altijd met een warming-up en dan volgt er altijd een uitdagende & zeer gevarieerde mix van oefeningen voor billen, benen, armen, buik,…. waarbij je de verschillende spiergroepen traint. Dit allemaal op dagdagelijkse muziek ( met een beat eronder natuurlijk ). Eindigen doen we altijd met een deugddoende stretching.

Soms maken we gebruik van de materialen zoals steps, dumbbells, elastieken, pilatesballen, kettlebells,etc.

Of soms maken we gewoon een circuit of een bootcamp ervan. Kortom, telkens wat anders.
