Een uur ontstressen met zomerse klanken van over de hele wereld. En dit onder begeleiding van Shari die deze les sinds 2009 aanbiedt en dit nog steeds iedere week met volle enthousiasme doet.

Laat je meenemen naar ritmes zoals merengue, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, cumbia en nog zoveel andere. We starten met een opwarming en elk liedje heeft zijn eigen choreo, er komen nu en dan nieuwe liedjes in waardoor het zeker nooit saai wordt. Tijdens de verschillende nummers worden er ook fitness oefeningen gedaan zoals squats, lunges,…

Er vinden ook regelmatig best of lessen plaats of lessen in thema.
